​INTROSPECTIVE HYPNOSIS

Introspective Hypnosis was created by Aurelio Mejia and has been adapted and taught by Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman. It’s a collection of overlapping and complementary Hypnotherapy techniques that help you explore and heal the body, mind, and soul. These include Hypnosis, Forgiveness Therapy, Role Change, Past Life Regression, Spirit Assistance (aka Spirit Releasement), Soul Fragmentation and Recovery and Entrapment of the Soul

Now that may sound a little complicated, but in practice, it means getting access to a person’s subconscious to look for the origin of psychological problems or psychosomatic symptoms such as fears, phobias, and addictions. Often these are caused by a past event in this life or a previous one. Other techniques within the Introspective Hypnosis family are then used to deal with these problems and bring relief.

Deep in the mind, we have traces of past experiences that it is not convenient to remember. Past-life recall comes from long-term memory stored in your subconscious. The soul’s history is stored in the Akashic Records which you are able to contact through your unconscious mind. Exploring your past lives can reveal a new understanding of your personality. This can explain why you are drawn to certain places, types of people or have a particular interest in something.

Knowing the source of a problem is a key step towards solving it. Introspective hypnosis is used to release emotional conflicts and look for the origin of psychosomatic diseases to find and remove the triggering emotion from the problem. Regression therapy is a technique in which hypnosis is used so that a patient safely remembers the moment at the root of their phobias, fears, sadness, anguish, eating disorders, low self-esteem, insecurity, pain, obesity, obsessions, allergies, additions, etc. Other techniques, such as Forgiveness Therapy or Soul Fragmentation, are then used to understand the reason for a condition, forgive, accept,t and reprogram their mind to generate a healing effect.

This is a very powerful, but gentle, technique, and my experience with many therapies has shown me that, in most cases, one session is enough to provide relief if not a full cure.

How to Prepare for Your
INTROSPECTIVE SESSION

1. Set your intention for the session. Your intention may be to know your purpose, get direction on a relationship, heal a physical issue. Whatever it is, know that your Higher Self is quite aware of what it is that will best serve you. Now you can relax, let go and let the process unfold organically and easily.

2. Do not drink alcohol the day before or of the session and limit any caffeine. If you are used to drinking 3 cups, have one or none. Drinking a lot of water the day before the session will help to flush out your body, hydrate you and elevate your energies into having a clear connection.

3. Your session can run up to 4 hours, so eat something light before you arrive for your session. You may want to pack a snack to eat on your way home or stop at our local cafe. Don’t forget to drink lots of water! Your session will not be affected if you need to empty your bladder once or several times during your session. (Each time you go in and out of hypnosis, you go deeper)

4. Since you may be lying down for a couple of hours, wear clean and comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that won't constrict your circulation or overheat you. If you typically wear socks to sleep, bring a pair with you so that your feet will feel good. If you wear makeup, keep it light or waterproof because tears will make eyeliner and mascara flow.

5. Let go of any expectations. Each hypnosis session is totally unique and you will experience exactly what you need. Release any expectation of what you should feel like when you're in a hypnotic trance or what your session will be like. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and I am simply the facilitator.

  • Hypnosis is NOT sleep. You will be wide awake and aware during your experience.

  • You are NEVER unconscious. Since hypnosis is NOT SLEEP, it doesn't feel like a dream you wake up from and then forget.

  • It feels more like a daydream and the majority of people know exactly what they're saying at all times and remember mostly everything.

  • Most people think they're making it all up. That's normal because imagination is the key to accessing information from the subconscious and unconscious. Hypnosis is a normal altered state of focused awareness.
    Just enjoy the experience and let your soul guide you.

6. Your session will be recorded. You may remember some, all or nothing of your session while you were hypnotized so a recording is great and actually important to your process after we meet. The more you hear yourself, the more easily the changes can stick. If you have your own recording device, feel free to bring it.

7. Your session is a private session. Even though spouses/partners/friends want to be with you to witness this amazing event, it is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session. You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts at your discretion.
